For example, when selling a house or a change in an electrical installation, the Royal Decree of March 10, 1981, determines that an electricity certificate (certificate) is required. The same applies to the opening of your natural gas meter in accordance with Art.48. of Royal Decree of 28 June 1971.
The electricity or gas certificate will be delivered to the owner of the installation after the inspection. Before the installation can be used, it must comply with the applicable AREI regulations.
